Took my PC to Andy with what I thought was a power supply issue. PC would randomly turn off. At first he agreed, but within a day after some computer wizardry they managed to get my PC back to 100% without changing the power supply. I was kept up to speed with everything, given options on what to do and the fix was made to feel important. Cannot recommend enough. I cant rate this company enough. Came out within hours, asked relevant questions, listened to my issue (hard crashing) and offered several possible reasons. Took away the pc, messaged first thing the next morning after identifying the problem. Andy offered to order the part and carry out the repair. My gaming PC which was less than a year old suddenly stopped working on the weekend. The manufacturer was closed until Monday but Andy offered to see it immediately. Impeccable service. Gave me a quote within half an hour. Andy advised on what the best option was and as the repair was costing more than the laptop was worth, I didn’t end up getting it repaired and there was no fee charged under their ‘no fix no fee’ policy, even though he’d taken the time out to open it and find out what was wrong with it.
